Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Ordering from somewhere else? Contact our support team first and we'll check what we can do for your location.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–11 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and local postal service. Weekends, holidays and customs checks can add a little time.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package any time on our Track My Order page.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the customer.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns are free: once your return is approved, we send you a prepaid return label.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with their original tags and packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Email us at support@heyoravix.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without a return request first can't be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your return, we let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

Contact us right away at support@heyoravix.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll look into it and make it right as quickly as possible.

The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

It's made for most standard stroller handlebars. Because handle shapes and sizes vary, check the sizes on the product page against your stroller before ordering.

Wipe them with a damp cloth. The backpack, changing pad and stroller organizer have wipe-clean, water-repellent surfaces. Please don't machine wash them.
